2025 Open Enrollment Guide
For 2025, Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is offering updated benefits, including new medical, vision, and pet insurance options. Open Enrollment is active, so all employees need to log into UKG and make their benefit selections by November 15, 2024. Benefit Counselors will be available at various locations to provide Goodwill Team Members with information about the new benefit offerings. They can also assist with enrollment on UKG.
To ensure a smooth enrollment process, please bring your UKG login information to your meeting with the Benefit Counselors.

Medical Insurance - Cigna
Our medical insurance is changing from UMR to Cigna. Cigna will cover your comprehensive medical and pharmacy needs. Cigna will also be the new provider for our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) beginning January 1, and we’ll use MDLive instead of Teledoc, which offers virtual health and mental health coverage.
