For a century, Goodwill of Northwest North Carolina has opened doors to opportunity by helping people build skills and find meaningful work, as well as strengthen the sustainability of the communities where they live. What began as a simple idea—creating pathways to work and independence—has grown into a nationwide movement dedicated to workforce development, community support, and economic mobility bolstered by our ability to donate and shop for those unique and sustainable finds.
