Internal Communications Request Form

This form should be used by members of Goodwill’s Senior Leadership Team who need internal communications services. Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days lead time for new projects. Please provide as much detail as you can to expedite the process. You should have a draft of your communication ready prior to submitting this form; the Internal Communications Team provides copyediting, not ghostwriting, services.
