Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is extending its Sunday hours. Beginning this Sunday, February 1, retail stores will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The extension of Sunday hours is designed to give shoppers more opportunities to visit the retail stores, not only to shop but to also drop off donations.

“We want to make sure we are open and available to our donors and shoppers during the hours they are most interested in visiting our stores,” said Renee Rohrer, Director of Marketing for Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC. “Whether you’re hunting for a spring wardrobe refresh, or dropping off a box full of donations, we are eager to welcome you to our locations by adding two additional hours on Sundays.”

The 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday hours will apply to all retail stores and outlets across the 31-county area. Shoppers are encouraged to use the extra hours to browse the wide selection of clothing, home goods, and unique treasures that fuel Goodwill’s mission programs.
