The EDGE Program (Employment Development Generates Enrichment) offers paid work experience opportunities, on-the-job training, career coaching, skills training options, and employment assistance for job seekers. EDGE participants can enroll for up to six months and benefit from a sustainable income while working toward job readiness.
Paid work experience is available in the following areas and positions:
- Retail associates, cashiers, hangers, and sorters
- Donation center attendants and sorters
- Logistics, forklift operations, and production
- Housekeeping and facilities maintenance
