It’s no secret that stress and uncertainty have become a regular part of daily life. Whether you are seeking employment or trying to manage the challenges of working during a global pandemic, stress can manifest itself in a variety of ways. Research has shown that stress can cause major disruptions in our brains, so it’s important to learn about these disruptions and know how to manage them.

Join us for this webinar as Dr. Melissa Hughes discusses the impact that stress can have on our brains and how to de-stress in times of uncertainty. Additionally, Dr. Hughes will address Imposter Syndrome – what it is, how to recognize it, and how to work through it. Dr. Hughes earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Akron and is the Founder and Principal of The Andrick Group, since 2011.
