Operation: GoodJobs to Hold Job Fair for Veterans and Families

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina invites Statesville-area military veterans and their immediate family members to attend a job fair on Wednesday, April 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The fair is part of the Operation: GoodJobs program, a partnership between Goodwill and the Walmart Foundation that connects veterans with the training, financial education, credentialing opportunities, retention support and case management resources they need to get back to work and advance their careers.

Where: Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, 124 Fourth Crescent Place, Statesville, NC 28625

Operation: GoodJobs, a national program that helps veterans and their families find meaningful work and gain financial stability. The program is unique because it is open to veterans, military spouses and adult children dependents (ages 18-24), with particular focus on female veterans and post-9/11 veterans.
