Job seekers and community members are invited to learn about the free services available at Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina’s Henderson County Career Connections Center at an Open House on May 6. The center partners with community and educational agencies to connect people with the tools they need to find meaningful employment.

The center offers career services to job-seekers, most of which are free. Goodwill provides individualized career assessment and planning, resume preparation, career counseling and other services to people who are out of work or looking to change careers, students, and employers needing to fill open positions.
The Open House will include light refreshments, door prizes and tours of the center. People attending will have the opportunity to meet Goodwill’s community partners and learn about options for Allied Health Training, GED/high school equivalency and other skills training.
