New Procedures for Good Neighbor Vouchers: all nonprofits seeking vouchers must first submit a one-time application to become part of the Good Neighbor Program. If your agency has not yet submitted its application and received approval, your request for vouchers will not be accepted or considered. Approved Good Neighbor Agencies have one designated contact who is eligible to submit voucher requests. Requests for vouchers from anyone other than the designated contact will not be accepted or considered.
