In partnership with the Catawba County Board of Elections, Goodwill will host a Voter Registration Workshop at our Goodwill Workforce Development Center located at 413 Thornburg Drive SE Conover, NC 28613.

The purpose of this workshop is to:

• Gather a group of citizens together to explain the important role they play in voting
• Share knowledge that ALL votes matter in any election
• Have Q & A opportunity at the end of the workshop
• Give attendees opportunity to register to vote at the conclusion of the workshop. They will need to bring either their NC Drivers License or know the last four digits of their Social Security number.

The County Board of Elections conducts local elections, operates voting sites, maintains voter registration lists and handles numerous aspects of election administration. The Catawba County Board of Elections works in conjunction with the State Board of Elections office to ensure that elections  are conducted lawfully and fairly.
