Convergys Hiring Event

Hiring for sales associate and customer service positions. Agents will be responsible for answering customer questions, complaints and concerns, as well as offering services or products. Sales for every call are not expected. However, staff are expected to offer and overcome objections.
- Paid seven-week training program at $10.50/hour
- Agents receive commission on sales of services and products as well as an increased wage rate after 7 p.m. and on weekends
- Schedule after training consists of eight-hour shifts between the hours of noon and midnight, with a possibility of earlier hours after a minimum of nine months with the company.
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of customer service experience preferred (includes retail, fast food, etc.) but not required
- Good computer skills and knowledge (navigation between multiple programs, 25 WPM)
- Drug screening and background checks are required for all applicants
