Grand Opening of Goodwill Cafe and Girl Scouts' Store

The Grand Opening of the Goodwill Cafe will be held on Wednesday, August 15 at 8 a.m.  The Cafe features a bookstore and a small coffee bar and is adjacent to Goodwill's flagship retail store at 2701 University Parkway in Winston-Salem. In concert with the Cafe, the Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont Council is opening a retail store within the Goodwill facility. The Girl Scouts have been long time supporters and partners of Goodwill through annual donation drives and other activities that introduce thousands of young women and girls to Goodwill's mission.
