FOR REGISTERED EMPLOYERS

On behalf the sponsors, thank you for your participation in this years Employment Fair, we look forward to working with you on presenting the best regional employment and career development event yet! 

The following are a few pertinent items regarding the event day:

Registration/Set-up - Tuesday, April 24, 2012 beginning at 8 a.m. There will be people to assist with load-in, load-out, setup and break-down.

On event day - All exhibitors will be greeted by event staff when signing in at the exhibitor registration table upon arrival. Event set-up time will be from 8:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. The event will run from 10:00 – 3:00 p.m. Employers are asked to dismantle booths between 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Volunteers will be available to help with loading and load out and setup and break-down. set-up and dismantling. We ask that you please refrain from dismantling your booth area prior to 3:00; this disrupts the event for job seekers as well as your fellow exhibitors.

 

Directions/Location/Parking  - The event will be held at the Winston-Salem Sports & Entertainment Complex, Coliseum Annex Building and directions are listed below. Parking will be free event day.

Breaks/Lunch – Volunteer “Booth Buddies” will be assigned to assist you throughout the day and to provide coverage that will allow you to take breaks.

Event Floor Plan – An exhibitor information packet will be given to you upon your arrival to set up for the event. This packet will include a list of participants employers, booth location, lunch arrangements and other pertinent information.

From the East:

• Take Business 40 into Winston-Salem

• Take exit 5C toward Cherry St.

• Turn right at S Cherry St.

• Cherry St. becomes University Pkwy.

• Turn right at Deacon Blvd.

• The Winston-Salem Sports & Entertainment Complex, Coliseum Annex Building, will be on your right.

From the West:

• Take Business 40 into Winston-Salem

• Take exit 5C toward Cherry St.

• Turn left at High St.

• Turn left at S Cherry St.

• Cherry St. becomes University Pkwy.

• Turn right at Deacon Blvd.

• The Winston-Salem Sports & Entertainment Complex, Coliseum Annex Building, will be on your right.

From the North:

• Take 52 South

• Take the exit onto US-52 S

• Take exit 113 at Patterson Ave.

• Turn right at Patterson Ave.

• Turn right at E 30th St.

• 30th St. becomes Deacon Blvd.

• The Winston-Salem Sports & Entertainment Complex, Coliseum Annex Building, will be on your right.

From the South:

• Take 52 North

• Take exit 111A for 28th St.

• Turn left at N Cleveland Ave.

• Turn left at N Cleveland Ave/28th St.

• 28th St. becomes Indiana Ave.

• Turn left onto Patterson Ave.

• Turn right at E 30th St.

• 30th St. becomes Deacon Blvd.

• The Winston-Salem Sports & Entertainment Complex, Coliseum Annex Building, will be on your right.
